Balls to Umpires

Did Australia and England say this or did Australia and England say this? I guess they didn't say this, but did they mean that if the Asian countries don't want our Umpires, we don't want their Umpires. If Pakistan has a problem with Hair, we have a problem with Pakistan's Dar. If Pakistan doesn't think Hair is good enough, we don't think anybody else is good enough. Who says racism is dead? In fact, the worst kind of racism practiced is the kind of racism practiced when it isn't being practiced.
