Comment: If Andrew Miller has come up with that headline, he deserves to be shot for it. Put simply, a writer of his calibre shouldn't have to resort to such a terribell pun, like the one I just stooped to. And if it's not Andrew's doing, he should shoot the Sub-Editor, Editor or whoever came up with that monstrosity. Enough said.
